¹ While we strive to complete all electrical work on the same day of our delivery, pick-up or move, every job presents itself differently. We may encounter some challenges that may delay our work, leading us to come back another day for completion.

² At Specialized SPA, we make an earnest effort to install all hot tubs & luxury spas accurately while working diligently to comply with the Canadian Electrical Code.

³ Our Same-Day Service Package entails a scheduled Hot Tub or Spa Delivery + Complete Electrical Installation (Electrical Rough-In + Hook-Up) Service done by the Specialized SPA/Specialized ELECTRIC team. Further details of our Same-Day Service Promo Package may change without notice. Any promotional discounts offered are of no cash value, nor could they be used towards other Specialized SPA/Specialized ELECTRIC Services. While we strive to complete all electrical work on the same day of our delivery, pick-up or move, every job presents itself differently. We may encounter some challenges that may delay our work, leading us to come back another day for completion. ⁴ Hot Tub Fill + Start-Up Services are subject to additional fees. This service only applies as an add-on service with our electrical service options. The customer on-site must provide water to fill the hot tub or the spa. Kilometres outside of the City of Calgary (AB) may be subject to additional fees.

⁵ All of our refurbished hot tubs & spas are sold in a state free of leaks, fully functional and in an aesthetically acceptable sellable condition unless otherwise noted before the sale of any of our refurbished products to our customers.

⁶ Specialized SPA offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty Plan on all Refurbished Hot Tub + Spa Sales. Our 1-Year Limited Warranty Plan expires 12 months after the purchase date, and conditions may apply. Our warranty plan only covers the repairs completed and any parts or components installed made by the Specialized SPA team. Should any of our repairs or the interests or components our team has installed fail within 12 months after your purchase date, Specialized SPA will offer to make the appropriate repairs free of charge for the customer. Conditions apply with such repairs should the hot tub or spa be located outside the City of Calgary (AB); The customer must pay a kilometre surcharge before completing our service. Kilometre's surcharge fluctuates and may change at the discretion of Specialized SPA without notice. Our 1-Year Limited Warranty is non-transferable and holds no cash value. All other existing parts and components are As-Is, and Specialized SPA is not responsible or obligated to make repairs on any existing parts or components sold As-Is at the time of sale. All Sales are Final.
